RETURN POLICIES
Pebble Hill Designs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. The following conditions apply:
- We guarantee our product against defective parts and workmanship for one full year from the date of delivery. Our fabric is warranted for one year against defective workmanship. This does not cover fading and is not valid where there is evidence of heavy soiling or abuse and where an improper cleaning method has been used. If there is a problem with your product and you are not satisfied with the quality, Pebblehill Designs will bring the product back (at our expense) and repair any defects. If we can not repair the product to your satisfaction we will refund your money. Pebblehill Designs will replace or repair any damage to your product due to shipping. The customer is required to inspect product before disposing of the shipping boxes to avoid any delays if damage is found. *Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
